Dr. (Mrs.) Vijetha S. Shetty
Dr. (Mrs.) Vijetha S. Shetty currently serves as the Principal of Vivek College of
Commerce (Autonomous), Mumbai, and brings with her over 32 years of exemplary teaching experience in the Faculty of Commerce and Management.
A distinguished academician, Dr. Shetty is a recognized Ph.D. guide in Business Policy and Administration under the University of Mumbai and has successfully mentored 9 doctoral scholars. She is also an alumna of the prestigious Faculty
Development Programme at IIM Indore, with academic specializations in Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Branding.
Her academic, administrative, and social contributions have been widely recognized. She has served on numerous statutory and academic committees at the University of Mumbai and continues to represent the University as a nominee across various autonomous colleges.

Dr Latha Venkat
Dr Latha Venkat has been an educationist for nearly 4 decades and served as Principal for nearly 22 years. Over the years, she has been actively involved in social activities in the field of education and health and is a Trustee of the NGO, Indian Development Foundation (IDF).
She is also a Committee Member of the Open Forum for Principals and School Leaders Network. She has been a judge for various inter-school essay, elocution, quiz, music competition etc.
She is a passionate learner and has to her credit 3 Post Graduate degrees, an M Phil, a Ph D and a Diploma in Education, all acquired during her teaching career. She has been a role model for her students and teachers.
She owes her career to her mother, who was a teacher herself and respects and follows her two women idols Mrs. Kiran Bedi and Mrs. Sudha Murthy who have inspired her.
For her contribution to the field of education, she has won many accolades like the Abraham Lincoln Headmaster Award, the Acharya Devo Bhava Award, The Nation Builder Award, the Rex Karmaveer Award and many more.
Dr. Latha represented her IDF at the All Women’s Conference in UN in 2020.

Dr. Sangeeta Srivastava is a distinguished educationist, researcher, author, and leadership trainer with over three decades of experience in school and college education. As Principal and Chief Academic Officer of Kandivali Education Society’s
S.V.P.V. Vidyalaya and Shri T.P. Bhatia College of Science, she leads an institution of over 8,000 students and 250 staff members, inspiring excellence through innovation, inclusivity, and value-based learning.
She holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Mumbai, along with postgraduate qualifications in English Literature, Education Management, and Journalism & Mass Communication. A Certified International Yoga Teacher and Bhagavad Gita scholar, Dr. Srivastava blends academic rigor with spiritual wisdom, promoting holistic education that nurtures both intellect and character.
Under her visionary leadership, the institution has pioneered initiatives in ICT integration, environmental education, and creative discipline through performing arts. Her acclaimed Swayam Project disciplines students through dance, dramatics, music, and art—earning wide recognition for its positive impact on school culture.
Dr. Srivastava has represented India internationally, presenting research papers at educational conferences in Beijing (China), Kobe (Japan), and Mumbai (India), and undergoing training at Rutgers University, USA and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
Her authored works include Teachers Create Magic… With ICT, ICT: A Magical Tool in the Hands of a Teacher, Tell Me a Story, Papa! and Ek Kahani Sunao Na, Papa!, among others. Her articles have been published in The Times of India, The Hindu, DNA, and Times NIE on topics ranging from STEM education to emotional intelligence and moral learning.
Dr. Srivastava’s excellence has been recognized through numerous honours, including the Maharashtra State Best Teacher Award (2016–17), Karamveer Chakra Award (2017), Award of Excellence in Education (2015), and UMA’s Shiksha Gaurav Puraskar (2023).
A passionate advocate of “education through inspiration,” Dr. Srivastava believes that education is not the filling of a vessel, but the lighting of a lamp. Her life’s mission continues to be transforming learners into compassionate, confident, and creative citizens of tomorrow.

Dr. Chandrakala Mishra currently serves as the Principal of Diamond Jubilee High School for Girls, Mumbai. With over 26 years of experience in the education sector, she brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role. She holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Commerce, Education, and English and is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology. In addition, she has completed her B.Ed., M.Ed., and holds a Doctorate in Education.
Dr. Mishra has spent over a decade as a lecturer and professor in teacher training colleges (D.T.Ed. and B.Ed.), where she developed a strong foundation in pedagogy and teacher development. She has a comprehensive understanding of both national and state board curricula and has led ICSE schools for more than ten years. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to excellence, adaptability, and a continuous drive to acquire new skills.
A dynamic orator and passionate reader, Ms. Mishra is a lifelong learner who frequently participates in educational webinars and workshops as a speaker. Her areas of expertise include school administration, conflict resolution, teacher training, mental health advocacy, and counselling for both staff and students.
